This APP has Best SFIC which includes Arrow Cores, and you can also do Medeco Keymark SFIC.
Also included is Sargent LFIC and Corbin/Russwin LFIC.
The SFIC core calculator will allow any number of pin chambers from 1 to 7.
You can also change any key to recalculate a single chamber.
For instance, if you have multiple change keys for multiple cores, such as 253643, 253645, 253647, you do not need to enter the full key bittings, you just have to change the last cut, and touch the Calculate button.
There also a built in error checker to make sure that there are no #1 top pins, as it will tell you that you have to alter a cut to correct it.
Being a locksmith myself, I have tried to make this as user friendly and helpful as possible while in the field, or working at the bench.
